Our Journey in Wellness

The Wellness Planning Institute of the California Central Coast provides comprehensive, customized, confidential wellness assessment, planning, implementation, management, and education of the physical, mental, and spiritual health care needs of individuals 18 years of age and older. These services are provided on a fee-for-service basis.

Whom We Serve

Clients come to the Wellness Planning Institute of the California Central Coast from the five contiguous counties of Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Santa Clara, and San Luis Obispo, and beyond. They may self-refer or come through referrals from their healthcare providers.

Clients begin with an initial office visit for a wellness assessment that addresses one or more of the four health care aspects: body, mind, soul, and spirit. After this, clients are partnered with the appropriate independent contractor or contractors.

Our Team of Experts

These contractors include career consultants, certified massage therapists and assistants, certified physical therapists and assistants, chiropractors, cosmetologists, medical doctors, nurse practitioners, nutritionists, pastors and pastoral team members, registered dietitians, registered nurses, social workers, sports and fitness trainers, teachers, and teaching assistants. If the required expertise is not available on-site, referrals are made to practitioners within the community.
